F. How do I check the status of my order

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email official@zzyup.com or Call Us at +852 5621 3699. and we will assist you from there.

G.Incorrect address/modify shipping address

  1. Problem Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as Zzyup will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
  2. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address/if you need to modify the shipping address, please email official@zzyup.com as soon as you can.
  3. For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
  4. If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, zzyup will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

H. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
